Martin Heffernan, General Manager

Martin joined the business in 2011 to manage the overall operation of the business and to provide consulting services to our clients on HR strategy; business and process re-engineering; leadership development; teamwork; attraction, retention & motivation of staff; and managing change.

Martin has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry managing compliance infrastructure; cross-organisational change programs; process/productivity improvement; revenue enhancement as well as substantial project management experience. He is the Chair of our Advisory Board and holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Fiona Coorey, Special Projects

Fiona works in the business on special projects, providing project management expertise. She project managed the production of Avril’s latest book.

Fiona is an experienced Training and Project Manager with 10 years experience in project management, training and course development, delivery and assessment. Fiona has a proven track record of leading teams of trainers, directing enterprise initiatives, and significant improvements in learning processes, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Mathematics, a Certificate in Advanced Project Management, a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
